We maximize our resources, spending more than 90% of our funding on the programs, services, and support necessary to prepare workers for our region’s industries.

Our funds are used to defray the cost of training your workforce, or the cost of education and training for jobseekers. Seventy percent (70%) or more of our funding is reserved for these activities.

We have resources that will aid you in your job search, specialized workshops to teach you what you need to know to find a good job, and job placement support while you search for work. Career changers can find labor market information about the local job market, as well as research on the newest careers.
