Stimulus money provides local youth with work experience
VERO BEACH — Elizabeth Hill is spending her summer working with the dogs at Pawprints of Vero Beach to prepare for the looming financial responsibilities of adulthood.

Hill, a foster child who ages out of her group home when she turns 18 this summer, learned about the Summer Youth Employment Program there that helped her find her job.
