Work Certified is our award winning national work readiness program created by employers and educators in 1999 to enhance job seekers skills providing them with employment success and employers with employees they can be proud of.  Certification has been determined with the help National Skill Standards Board, Palm Beach Community College, Indian River State College, the Workforce Development Board of the Treasure Coast, the Work Certified Employers Council and the Work Certified National Certification Council.  Work Certified has been tested by Florida Atlantic University to meet all standards of fairness.  Work Certified was developed meeting the U.S. Department of Labor’s SCANS Skills (Secretary’s Commission on Achieving Necessary Skills) and O'Net (The O*NET system serves as the nation's primary source of occupational information, providing comprehensive information on key attributes and characteristics of workers and occupations.
