We work with employers throughout our region to identify in demand occupations and the skill sets required for a job candidate to be successful.

We offer many valuable services through multiple access points, including our website, business centers, community partnerships, career centers, mobile career centers and our toll free hotline (1-866-482-4473).  

Some of these services include:

• Career Exploration-Find that special career by exploring videos, assessment tools, the internet and books on career options.
• Counseling-Trained professionals are available to provide guidance and information about your career choices.
• Scholarships-If you are eligible, we cover the cost of tuition, books and other fees for occupational training at approved facilities (subject to availability).
• Work Certified-Our Work Certified program ensures you are work ready.  This program sets you apart from other applicants.
• Professional Placement Network-The PPN is a 12 hour course that focuses on how to conduct an effective job search.  It includes interviewing and negotiating techniques, networking strategies and creating a winning keyword resume.

These services really do produce results and you are able to choose the ones that best suit your needs.  These services are paid for by government grants and are at no cost to our job seekers.
